Please read!! Quick intro, my wife and I founded a small business over seven years ago. There is both labor and admin operations in our business and in the past we have adopted the very Nixon style policy with subjective manner with certain substance use as a no tolerance. I am writing a drug policy for my company and even if it is impossible to implement and enforce I am at least writing it down. At the end of the day I want the best well being of mind and safety for the body for everyone involved.
If you had the opportunity to create your company’s drug policy what would consider?
How would you implement and enforce?
